We’re seeking a Field Marketing Manager who can bring the brand to life at the local level in Austin, TX, with the potential to grow into managing marketing efforts across multiple markets. You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground brand champion—planning engaging Happenings, developing strategic partnerships, managing influencer and media relationships, and driving regional buzz that gets people through our doors.

As the Field Marketing Manager, you will oversee and execute local marketing initiatives across assigned locations. You will be responsible for creating memorable, on-brand experiences that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and position Punch Bowl Social as a vital part of each community. This role is a blend of strategic planning, tactical execution, and creative storytelling—with a heavy dose of hustle and community connection.
